Action List

Actions are generated by action rules or by users when they click on the Create Action button. They can be tasks assigned to a user of the system or they can make modifications to the database through pre-written stored procedures or .NET code.

The action list form displays all actions that are assigned to or are owned by a user. The two lists can be filtered to show all, unresolved, resolved, closed and overdue actions.

You can access the action list form by clicking on View from the menu, followed by Components, Actions and Show Action List.

Assignees can resolve (and reopen) actions when they have been completed. Owners can close and reopen resolved actions that have been assigned.

Shortcut to the Action List

There is a shortcut in MyCMSi underneath the new My Actions panel to the Action List.

If you have any unresolved actions the icon will have a green plus Unresolved actions. If all the actions allocated to you are resolved, the icon will not have a green plus Actions.
