You can control what data elements are shown in the tooltips on the different trees using Tools - Translate Messages. On this form, choose "Your Organisation" as the translation set (not "Default Translations") and in the Key field type in "TT" to filter to tooltip messages.
You will need to choose the relevant TreeNode key and it is the text in the Translation column that you will edit. Each of the trees has a range of data elements that can be shown in the tooltips and you just need to state which number from the lists below you want (within curly brackets) along with the label you want to show for that data. For example, if you want, on the Ownership tree to show the owner, manager, if the current transaction is a purchase, lease, management agreement etc, the status of the transaction and the CPH number, you would fill in:
